Please note for NDIS clients all fees are based on the hourly rate of $193.99 for assessment/ treatment. Travel (if applicable) will be charged as required. NDIS reports will be charged/discussed with the therapist prior to completion.

CancelLation Policy
Private Paying Policy
At Leppington Allied Health we value your time, our time and the services we provide.
Leppington Allied Health is a busy clinic and we have a waitlist of people hoping for an appointment. We simply ask you to respect your practitioners time and our other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.
-If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. However, a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) of appointments is necessary to avoid cancellation fees.
-If you give under 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will be charged a 50% fee.

NDIS Policy
- If a service is cancelled at short notice, or there is a no show, you agree that we may charge you 100% of the relevant amount that would otherwise be payable to us if you:

- Do not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or are not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when Leppington Allied Health is travelling to deliver the support; or
- Have given less than 2 clear business days’ notice of cancellation for a support (as defined by the NDIS).
- The NDIS monitors short notice cancellations and may contact Leppington Allied Health about participants with a high number of cancellations. Leppington Allied Health will work with you to minimise cancellations and make sure your plan is meeting your needs.
